9 fruits and vegetables good for health

  The world is very beautiful for people, animals and the nature that living on the earth.  We also have many types of fruits and vegetables in the world but some of them make us healthy when we have them but some not. So I just give you the idea which fruits and vegetables you should have and which should not. Here is some idea for having fruits and vegetables.

1. Avocado   is creamy and very tasty fruit and it is rich of healthy fat, high fiber and has vitamin C, vitamin B6 in it ,You can find this fruit  depend on  the season in your  country . You can eat it fresh   or make it as fruit shake especially you can have it before bedtime because it can burn your fat.

2, Garlic is a root vegetable makes you healthy; it has a lot of benefit for your health like   protecting you from blood pressure, and it also has an anti-inflammatory power more over it can make a lower Cholesterol, you eat it by it in your food or you can as pickle for having you can also make like juice for drinking or you can boil and drink with hot water. Do you know? When you are headache, flu or earache you should peel out and slide it and then it in your ear then you sleep when you get up in the morning you feel fresh. This is a good way to do the natural treatment.

Banana can protect against diabetes type 2, it can help you to lose weight and also help you to protect from free radical because it is high Antioxidant more over it can lower Cholesterol and blood pressure.  We can eat or make it as fruit shake and drink it.

5, Carrot is a root vegetable that rich of Vitamin K, fiber and the other nutrients. Carrot can lower Cholesterol level and help improving your eyes health, Carrot is one of vegetables that have high antioxidants.

6, Broccoli is one of vegetable that can eat both raw and cooked. It is a source of fiber, Vitamin C and vitamin K and it also can lower Cholesterol. Broccoli can reduce the risk of heart disease, it can burn belly fat. The best way to eat is raw or we can cook it for just two or three minutes.  

7, Cucumber is one of the vegetable that have low calorie but it is rich of Vitamin C and Vitamin K and also have Nutrients. Moreover it has antioxidants which protect harmful free radical. 

8, Onion is one of the vegetables which have a lot of benefits for health like it has antioxidants and it can reduce Cholesterol level    and   prevent against blood clot and also reduce high blood pressure. Onion has fiber and folic acid, we can eat booth raw or cooked.



Tomato is one of the fruits which is rich vitamin C and Vitamin K; it can reduce cancer and heart disease. Tomato can help reduce the amount of cell-damaging free-radicals in the body and will give you a youthful skin.
