very beautiful for people, animals and the nature that living on the earth. We also have many types of fruits and vegetables
in the world but some of them make us healthy when we have them but some not. So
I just give you the idea which fruits and vegetables you should have and which should not. Here is some idea for having fruits and vegetables.

this fruit depend on the season in your country . You can eat it fresh or make it as fruit shake especially you can

has a lot of benefit for your health like protecting
you from blood pressure, and it also has an anti-inflammatory power more over
it can make a lower Cholesterol, you eat it by it in your food or you can as pickle
for having you can also make like juice for drinking or you can boil and drink
with hot water. Do you know? When you are headache, flu or earache you should

3. Lemon is one of the healthy fruits that rich of

4, Banana is among of healthiest fruits recommended.
It is not only tasty eating fruit but it
