Talking
about breakfast , it always has
different ideas from every people, some people said breakfast is not important
but some said breakfast is the most important meal of the day that we should
have nutrition. As you already know about the foods .They have two types of
food, one is healthy food and another one is unhealthy, anyway about breakfast has
same way but we skip the unhealthy breakfast, so I give you some ideas what you
should have for healthy breakfast.
Coffee is good for breakfast because it is right time to start of the day.
It can make you lose weight, kick start the metabolism and the fat-burning
especially the caffeine boost your mood and energy level
Green tea is an important beverage for breakfast as well. But do not
wake up and drink green tea straight away, you should have a healthy breakfast
and sip on green tea .It really give you a lot of advantages to your body. Having green tea in
the morning is really have more benefits that we never think about it like, it
can balance ratio of good and bad cholesterol and it is also associated with lower heart disease risk.
Egg contains only trace amounts of carbohydrates and it has a lot of
protein and fat. If you eat egg for breakfast, you will lose your body fat
Chia seed helps curb your appetite. It has amount of protein that help
you feel full longer so you should keep it as a snack between your meals.
Buttermilk is sour- tasting. Is buttermilk
really good for your health?. Have you ever drink buttermilk before. Yeah,
buttermilk is lower in fat than normal milk because they make butter they have
to remove fat first. Any way buttermilk is rich of Calcium, Vitamin B12, and Potassium.
It also has more lactic acid than the skim milk that why the people who have digestive
problem s are advised to have buttermilk because it is more quickly digested.
