So I just give you the idea which fruits and vegetables you should have and which should not. Here is some idea for having fruits and vegetables.

You can eat it fresh   or make it as fruit shake especially you can have it before bedtime because it can burn your fat.

      Most people in Europe like Espresso, but most people who live in Asia like Americano, Cappuccino, but if drink coffee and add more sugar in it. It is not good for our health as we used to know already about sugar can cause diabetes type 2.
Normally the recommendation of drinking coffee is only four glasses per day not too much if we drink too much is not good for health as well. But for the pregnant women can also drink just only 2 glasses per day.
 Do not drink coffee if you have the diseases like heart attack, blood pressure.
